Soul-Full living is inspired by a heart that is light, joyful, soaring with passion, peace, magic, and possibility and free to allow the full flow of being. So often, we take life so seriously, and when we do, the soul is restricted and limited in its ability to fully, wildly, and freely dance its bliss and its truth. HeArtful Play creates a safe, welcoming space to rediscover our wildness (i.e. who we truly are) and our bliss through art, movement, writing, laughter, singing, crafting, and child-inviting games.
