My passion is to nurture and inspire the depths and heights of your wild creative soul, to help clear away self-limiting beliefs and energetic blocks so that the fullness of your essential self radiates from within and you express your creative and spiritual potential. Fear and limitation can be replaced with beauty and possibility.

As a child, I was called " la philosophe" because I had an unquenchable desire to learn about life, people, and nature, and create meaning of the Mystery. I have since discovered that the Mystery is to be celebrated and honored as the infinite playground of creativity, magic, and possibility. The meanings I create are to honor and energize my Soul's Journey. It has not been an easy journey. I have faced my "good enemies" of depression, self-doubt, and fear of being seen and heard throughout my life. These experiences were powerful teachers, offering countless f--g growth opportunities to choose fear and depression or love and joy. All of what I offer comes from my own heartfelt journeys and initiations to recover, reclaim, and celebrate my Soul's Essence out loud.

I received an image of a field of black-and-white wildflowers. Like Tinkerbell, I saw a winged version of my essential self wave her wand and the field was filled with color, dancing winds and fragrance. I realized how wonderfully that reflected my own journey from depression to joy and how essential that uncovering of the vibrant color, aliveness, and joy within each of us is to my work in the world.

My intention for this website and for our work together is to touch and awaken that magical, wild, creative Soul Essence within you, and create the space, guidance, and light-hearted healing muse energy to invite that Essence out to play and shine in the world.

Credential-wise, I received a Masters in Social Work and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I am a certified spiritual healer and ordained minister in the Church of Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards. I am a reiki master and teacher, an Associate Polarity Practitioner, a certified meridian therapy practitioner and zpoint process practitioner, a power beyond facilitator, and a cranial sacral and rising star practitioner. I have studied shamanism with several Andean shamans and, for many years, studied with Lynn Andrews. I am a mentor and teaching assistant for the Lynn Andrews Center for Sacred Arts and Training. I am an adept and teacher for the Rocky Mountain Mystery. I did my creativity coaching training with Dr. Eric Maisel and received my How Much Joy Can You Stand ® and Living Your Joy® training with Suzanne Falter-Barns. I have presented classes and workshops on creativity, joy, and mind-body-spirit healing across the country and have passionately and joyfully enjoyed over 20 years experience empowering individuals, couples and groups. I am grateful for the privilege of being part of your healing journey and playing together soul-to-soul.
